If posting a job and the category of drone service I need is not available, what should I do?

Select Other as a category and place the service you’re referring to in the title, then use the description block to give all information related to the specific job.

On my Profile tab what are the differences between Add Jobs, Active Jobs, and Previous Jobs?

Clients can add jobs under the Add Jobs tab as well as see jobs they have created that have not been applied to. Active Jobs gives a list of jobs that have been applied to by drone pilots as well as jobs that are currently being completed by a drone pilot. Active Jobs becomes previous jobs after job completion.

Where you can add information and PDFs for clients?

Under your Profile select Rates & Services tab, add all information including PDFs to showcase for clients.

Where can I go to keep up with a current job I’m working on for a client?

The job can be accessed from the Home tab using either List or Map view through the icon in the bottom right of the map display OR once you have been accepted by the client the job can be accessed from the Profile tab under Previous Jobs.
